After a long brave battle on Saturday December 13, 2025 at Victoria Hospice, Alex Dewar, aged 69 years, beloved husband to Cathie Chalmers, a loving dad to Steven, father in law to Pamela, a much loved granddad to Craig, Laura and Rachel, brother to the late Charles, uncle to Darra and Ryan and “The Alex” to his beloved dog Ailsa. Funeral Service at Dunfermline Crematorium on Friday January 9 at 1.15pm to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu, may be made at the crematorium towards Fife Hospice.
