Peacefully at Abbotsford Nursing Home, Cowdenbeath on Saturday January 18, 2025, Celia Penman, aged 79 years, beloved wife of the late Wattie Sinclair, a loving mum to Mary and Jim, mother in law to Colin and Jane and a much loved gran to Catherine, Frances and Nina. Celia will be sadly missed by her family.
